[求医问药] 想问一下包皮过长是不是必须手术

想问一下包皮过长是不是必须手术

我的包皮很长，这让我的龟头特别敏感，做爱时感觉龟头特敏感，有些时候做的时间长了，射精时龟头感觉隔应，不爽，不知道是不是包皮过长都需要动手术啊！以前就想去做，但是怕被人笑话，到现在也没做。
